Do you offer training for the AACER system?
Although the system is very intuitive and easy to navigate, we know that a little extra help with some features can make you more productive. We are adding flash training videos as needed, and offer the following to get you started:
US Case Search
Do I have access to every bankruptcy in the country?
Party Search is comprehensively available beginning 1/1/2001.
All PACER Cases are available when searching with ONLY a Filing State and Case Number.
Once I have accessed a document, how long can I look at it with no additional charge?
After accessing a document, it will appear as a green link. Green links provide unlimited instantaneous access to previously retrieved documents.
How can I ask additional questions?
